Olympe is a trained lawyer, specializing in the law of international organizations and event project management. She is Assistant to the Executive Director in addition to being in charge of internal communication and events.

For four years, she was International Affairs and Advocacy Manager and Event Project Manager at the International League against Racism and Anti-Semitism (INACH) in Paris. She was also in charge of the interpreting service at the Centre multiethnique de Québec, an organization that deals with the reception and settlement of refugees.

She has been part of the LWBC team since April 2016.
